Training camps only been going on for about a week of days and we've already seen injuries to many players

It's also a time for players to show their true colors

Earth to Rookies...you've done nothing to prove yourself yet

The NFL is full of selfish primadonnas who are only in it for themselves

The Green Bay receiving game is a bit of an enigma

Driver is 35, an age where we see decline with many receivers, and had procedures on both his knees recently

James Jones theoretically fits better at flanker

Jordy Nelson, on the other hand, exhibited traits that seem to suit the slot position well

I came away from it pretty happy that I picked up Jordan Shipley in our dynasty draft

The other guy I was impressed with -- Pacman.  Not on the field a lot but NICE play on Austin in that first series

I thought it was encouraging that TO was targeted often

My main takeaway from the Phillips production was it should be a good year for Witten owners

After agreeing to terms with the 49ers, Titans head coach Jeff Fisher called Blount and asked him to join the squad and informed him of having a legitimate chance of getting some playing time

Even though Blount has been getting reps with the fourth-teamers, Fisher says that LeGarrette is working hard

Blount hasn’t even earned a spot on the roster yet and he is currently running behind Chris Johnson, rookie All-American Javon Ringer and 5-year veteran Alvin Pearman

From seeing LeGarrette run at Oregon, he does have a one thing that he needs to work on, holding on to the ball

It's a wide receiver horn-o'-plenty for the Indianapolis Colts, and a fierce battle is allegedly underway for the #2 slot

There are plenty of balls to go around with #18 running the show, and the Colts aren’t likely to change that formula any time soon

Two games during the 2009 regular season indicated to me that Garcon had achieved the most important possession possible among NFL wideouts: the trust of a great quarterback

Garcon was the starter in 13 games last year. Yes, he may have been there as a result of Gonzalez’s injury at the outset, but so what

Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you Mr. Jermichael Finley, the ultimate culmination of what was once the Antonio Gates Experiment

I’m hearing a lot in fantasy football circles about how Finley is being overrated and overvalued in fantasy drafts

Now, I’m not sure what all that means, but I’ll be just fine being the guy who overvalues him, thank you very much

I defy you to find a more impossible red zone cover in the National Football League

If you already have two receivers with the same bye week, why not take a shot at a guy who many might not expect to be a “playmaker”

While I will not sit here and say Campbell is a top-of-the-line fantasy QB, I will say he is certainly much better than Russell was

While Zach Miller led the team with 66 catches, Louis finished 2nd with 34 catches for 521 yards

I fully expect Murphy to put up even better numbers in 2010, so long as he stays healthy

Question for the fellas out there; have you ever had two good looking girls interested in you at the same time

It’s no secret that the two running back system is becoming a major trend in the NFL

Willimas is elusive, can improvise on a broken play, and is a better receiver than Stewart

From all indications, Stewart is in line to have his first healthy start to a season in 2010

In the great sport of fantasy football, the breakout player label (also known as a "sleeper") is given to a player that will excel when least expected

Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne deserves to be given that label, and here's why

One essential skill that Henne excels at is not throwing interceptions

If you are in a regular 16 round draft, look to draft Henne around the early 12th round

Being the fantasy fanatics that we are, I’m sure we can all agree on one thing - Steven Jackson is a BEAST on the football field

Pros: He puts up great yardage numbers and runs like it is his last game

Cons: Obviously (he plays for St. Louis), which went 1-15 last season

If the QB is struggling that means the WR’s will be struggling and guess who else will be struggling…Yup Steven Jackson

From a non-fantasy point of view, it's easy to see why Mason isn't fully appreciated

Mason is truly a player that is most fully appreciated when watching him play week in and week out

Mason has been remarkably consistent in his career, finishing in the top 25 in WR rankings 7 of the last 8 years

Derrick Mason going as the #43 WR off the board is a crime

2010 CLEVELAND BROWNS RUNNING BACKS

“The Ghost” has spent the better part of his Browns career languishing behind lesser-abled runners for a supposed lack of blitz-pickup ability (don’t get me started)

Montario Hardesty was reportedly coveted in this year’s draft by several teams

The Browns offensive line is LEGIT

There have been a lot of changes in Philadelphia this off-season

The McNabb trade signifies the end of an era in Philly

The keys to this high-flying offense have now been given to Kevin Kolb

The door is now officially open for 2nd year running back LeSean McCoy

Fantasyomatic already had its eye on Carson Palmer due to his 2009 production and his projected 2010 schedule

Despite the rushing focused offense in 2010, CIN enjoyed a 76 RZS% for QB, which was helped by their 3 QB Rush TDs and 16 to WRs

You have time to wait to see how this all comes together as Palmer's great matchups do not happen until after CIN's BYE in week 6

Palmer's schedule lightens up during Favre's tough stretch and this combo could be a great spot start strategy

Who always gets bypassed on draft day? I'll give you some hints

He always out performs his draft value, has never finished worse than 13th at the QB position

Nobody ever considers him on draft day nor does anybody count on him as an every week fantasy starter

We as fantasy players love durability and he hasn't missed a game in 5 years

The time has come where classifying Brandon Marshall as an elite Wide Receiver can no longer be denied

In 2007, he became the first in Bronco team history to record consecutive 10 catch games

In his first game of the 2008 season, he tied the 2nd most record for catches(18) for a single game

Brandon Marshall is only 26 years old and going into his 5th NFL season

Jason Pierre-Paul is a rangy and hyper-athletic DE who, in two years, could be a great pass rusher or could be working at Target

I do like the pick of Northwestern QB Mike Kafka in the fourth round

OT Trent Williams should help Shanahanʼs offense but the question is how do you pass on Okung

Dez Bryant is the only fantasy position player other than Jahvid Best that I love out of this draft

Coach Tom Cable, a true ground ‘n pounder by his very DNA, will attempt to create the quintessential thunder & lightning combination

Not only do I expect Bush to be the lead running back in Oakland in 2010, this chart shows us he already was the lead in 2009

My view of the Redskins last year was that Jason Campbell was, at the very least, not killing them

Darren McFadden is clearly the superior athlete, more explosive

This person can also be easily identified by the comments he makes at the draft, such as uttering "There is no one left" during the 5th and 6th rounds

The hard-core, serious fantasy football player understands that fantasy football is a game of RISK

The serious player is constantly thinking about what he can do to be better as his craft.

He works to "make his own luck" by spending hours in his preparation and study

The amount of money paid per Pass Completion to JaMarcus Russell in 3 years as a Raider: $110,169.50

Amount of money paid to Redskins’ Albert Haynesworth per tackle last year: $864,864.87

Number of college degrees Redskins owner Daniel Snyder has: 0

Number of quarterbacks who have a higher total salary than Peyton Manning: 6

Do you want teams to be able to win games with their defense?

A 12 team league with 2 IDPs per team will run 24 starters deep.

The traditional IDP positions are defensive line (DL), linebacker (LB) and defensive back (DB)

Tackle-heavy leagues are easily understood and (likely for that reason) are very common

Maurice Jones-Drew is 5'7" of muscle

Pocket Hercules is a TD machine, 56 TD in 63 NFL games

Can catch the ball, so he is good for PPR

16 TDs last year

Larry Fitz has the best hands I have ever seen, if the ball is up, he'll get it

Averages 10 targets per game for his career

When taking CJ81 over him, remember Fitzgerald has done it every year

Lienart is smart enough to know where to go with the ball a majority of the times he throws

Finally had over 10 TDs last year

He is the biggest possession receiver in the league

Three straight 100 catch seasons in a row

Henne needs to prove he can do it at this level

Best big play in a big college game since Doug Flutie

The 49ers will focus on Crabtree, he will lead team in targets

The 49ers have the 1st easiest rush schedule, the 9th easiest pass defenses they face this year

This guy will be a Pro-Bowler, real soon

“If I don’t go in the first round, I’m going to be the steal of the NFL draft.” -MW

Williams was suspended all of 2008 for cheating on a test

In just 29 games at Syracuse, Williams was able to compile 133 receptions for 2,044 yards and 20 touchdowns

Benn is another great prospect that the Buccaneers were able to grab

Maurice Jones-Drew - Running Back - Top 5 Pick

Mike Sims-Walker – Wide Receiver – Top 60 Pick

David Garrard – Quarterback – Top 175 Pick

Marcedes Lewis – Tight End – Top 250 Pick

Rex Grossman had one of the weakest Super Bowl performances by a QB in recent memory

The Bears traded for Denver QB Jay Cutler giving up quarterback Kyle Orton and 2 first-round picks

There were 5 games last season where Cutler threw more interceptions than he did touchdowns

His TD totals could increase with the addition of offensive coordinator Mike Martz and his high-risk, high-reward offense

Every year, Ryan takes his defense to a new level, reaching elite status with what seems to be the greatest of ease

Rex Ryan lead Gang Green to the #1 overall defense in his first season

Last year, Kris Jenkins was lost after week 6 to a torn ACL - he's back now

Revis Island was the hottest vacation spot for opposing WRs last season

As a child, it was the hits that kept my attention

We would laugh at the soccer players who called themselves tough, while faking contact at any chance

Football is a fraternity that cannot be broken

If you want to expand your Fantasy Football experience and enter a whole new world, IDP Leagues is the road you'd want to take

There is no better feeling then beating an opponent with your defensive players instead of your offensive starters; its added bragging rights if you ask me

The earliest I've seen someone draft an IDP is about round 8 or 9 after you feel confident in your offensive starters

There's 11 defensive players per team and that's A LOT of players to choose from

Legedu Nanee played in one of the best college football games ever for Boise State

I like him as a middle to late round sleeper

Norv has called Legedu "versatile"

After the departure of Chris Chambers, Floyd stepped right into the WR2 role

Projected 2010 stats: 4,550 yards passing, 30 TDs, 11 INTs, 50 yards rushing

2009 Stats: 4,398 yards passing, 28 TDs, 13 INTs, 44 yards rushing, 1 rushing TD

The clearest focus of Brady’s downside is the potential loss of Wes Welker for the opening of the 2010 season

Brady is being drafted nearly a full round (10 spots) after Peyton Manning, but only 5 spots ahead of Cowboys’ QB Tony Romo

1). MALCOLM FLOYD

2). JOHNNY KNOX

3). CHAZ SCHILENS

4). JACOBY JONES

5). MIKE THOMAS

1). KEVIN KOLB

2). CHAD HENNE

3). JASON CAMPBELL

4). ALEX SMITH

5). MATT CASSEL

Calvin Johnson teased everyone with a good year in 2008 (1330 yards, 12 TDs)

A consistent run game not only takes the pressure off a young QB but it also affords a defense a chance to get a healthy rest on the sideline while their teammates chew up yards and the clock

I maintain that the success or failure of Calvin, Stafford and all other fantasy relevant players on the Lions is directly tied to Jahvid Best

The rest of the Lion's offense is comprised of some intriguing breakout candidates

The Cowboys now have their eyes set on being the first team in NFL history to play in a Super Bowl that's being hosted in their home stadium

Romo threw for 4,483 yds, 26 tds, and only 9 ints in 2009

Bryant possesses a special ability to adjust to poorly thrown balls, as well as use his athletic ability to fight for catches and make spectacular leaping grabs

Last year, the WR depth of the Dallas Cowboys was a MAJOR concern after the team cut Terrell Owens prior to the 2009 season

Jennings is ranked #30 overall on Yahoo’s pre-draft Rankings, #11 for Wide Receivers

Greg is one of the most polarizing players in fantasy football, certain people will draft him a round or two early to ensure they get him whilst others will avoid him with conviction

Jennings had just four touchdowns last season, with over 1100 yards on 68 receptions

Rodgers threw 30 TD passes last season and is predicted to just as much or ever more than the 2009 season

It wasn't but three years ago when perennial fantasy football league champions had a prescription for one thing in their draft—grab their running backs in the first two rounds

There's no question that fantasy owners plan on Charles being the main guy

Charles accounted for 43% of the Chiefs carries in 2009

As far as Thomas Jones is concerned, he'll be a sneaky flex play who's limited to early and non-passing down duty with goal line work

Lee Evans is the unquestioned number one receiver on this young team

Despite only making one reception for a measly 9 yards in 2009, Hardy is expected to fill the void left by Owens

At 6’3 Marcus Easley 210 lbs with a 4.46 40 time he provides another big target with speed

At 6’5 240 lbs, Nelson provides a big athletic target for the man under center

Clevelnad-browns-who-we-be
Chris Lee 12:44AM, 07/26/10

Mike Holmgren as team president and his handpicked G.M Tom Heckert will change the culture and attitude in the locker room

If you pick any player from the Browns, you want to have Josh Cribbs

Jerome "Ghost" Harrison finished the season with 862 rushing yards and 1,082 yards from scrimmage

The Browns leading receiver last year was Mohammed Massaquoi with 624 yards

Harvin carries the all-important dual threat capability that makes him fantasy gold in most leagues, especially in PPR formats

Why Garcon over Maclin and Nicks? Simple. The #2 WR in Indy always rises to the top

Maclin is a more solidly built WR, and should hold up better in the short passing situation in Philly

Manningham could see more time returning punts, leaving the more talented Nicks more stability in the starting lineup

Heyward-bey
Matt Haggard 12:29AM, 07/26/10

In his rookie season, Heyward-Bey only had nine catches for 124 yards and a touchdown

Six weeks into 2009 DHB had more initials in his name (3) than he did receptions (2)

The Maryland track star never topped two grabs in a game, something he only accomplished twice

A drunk Koren Robinson could put up better numbers

Emmitt received a highly justified respect from his teammates

"Yeah, we won three, but it's the fourth one that got away" - ES#22

During his 12-year tenure with the Cowboys, he never played less than 14 games in a season and rushed for over 1,000 yards every year but his rookie season

After retiring with the Arizona Cardinals in 2004 he signed a one-day contract with the Cowboys so he could retire in a Dallas uniform

Rules of your League- The edge goes to CJ28

Offensive Line- The edge goes to CJ28

Quarterback- The edge goes to CJ28 (for his style of play)

Patience- The edge goes to CJ28

Anger/Determination- The edge goes to AP28

IDP leagues substitute individual players for the team defense position

As every commissioner knows, convincing your fellow owners to make a rule change is difficult

Team Defense is Not Projectable

The End of the Draft Sucks Due in Part to Team Defense

In Mike Wallace's rookie campaign he caught 39 passes for 756 yards & six touchdowns

Wallace is now the likely contender for the No. 1 wide receiver on the Steelers depth chart

Wallace was a viable starting option in seven of his 16 starts

He was targeted 72 times his rookie season

I like to think of the tight end position as the X-Factor of fantasy football

If you guessed correctly on Dallas Clark last year, he put up 100 catches, 1,100 yards, and 10 TDs

Be hesitant when drafting a TE above the fifth round, though. 2008’s #1 TE was Jason Witten, he finished as the 8th ranked at his position in 2009

In the last few years, never has a TE finished #1 overall twice in a row

In 99% of the drafts you will be in this year, the first four players taken will be as follows; Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson, Maurice Jones-Drew and Ray Rice

Without a doubt when Ray Rice ran the rock for the Baltimore Ravens it was "Clobberin' Time!"

Out of the Fantastic Four at RB only one person led in receptions and that's Ray Rice

Look for Ray Rice to light it up again this year as the number one back on a run first team

A lot of people don’t like Tebow because he’s talked about so much

The Broncos taking Tim that high if they don’t plan on eventually starting him

Tim works harder than any athlete I’ve ever met in my life

He reminds me of a more talented NFL version of J.J. Redick in that aspect

After the Broncos horrid 2nd half of the season in 2009 that cost them what looked like a locked up playoff berth, it was time to make some changes in 2010

Moreno’s brutal yard per carry average and inability to move the chains on 3rd and short resulted in zero 100 yd games for him

The best bang for your fantasy buck this season may come from the Denver WR corps

QB Kyle Orton seems to have the confidence of the coaches to this point

Dallas Clark has been one of the top two tight ends off the board in fantasy football drafts

Clark benefited from the attention Reggie Wayne draws as an elite WR and dramatically outproduce his 2009 ADP

That being said, I am not really bullish on Clark equally or surpassing his 2009 numbers

The emergence of playoff hero Pierre Garcon will definitely diminish Clark's targets this year

Among the possibilites could be “Retirement Barbie”, which would basically be Brett Favre in a diaper

Sam Bradford, who has never played a single snap at the pro level, is about to sign the Richest Contract in NFL History

The NFL likes to reward people for something they might do rather than for something they have done

NFL Draft contracts are more top heavy than Heidi Montag

I see a lot of people disagree on two top RBs for this year, Frank Gore and Steven Jackson

Following two stellar seasons it's hard to see why this argument

They are two great backs but it's about the offense they are on

Gore is on an ever improving offense with the 49ers

The 2009 season was one that many Buffalo Bills fans would soon like to forget

C.J. Spiller is drawing Reggie Bush-like comparisons for his receiving ability

Fred Jackson will still be a key part despite the arrival of C.J. Spiller

Both players offer tremendous value in leagues that reward for rushing yards

What does it take to rush for 2,000 yards

Methodology of a 2,000 yard season

Talent alone is NOT enough to put up 2,000 yards rushing

The case against Chris Johnson

Even the elite guys tend to have an outlier season, a career year

It seems clear to me the Giants have been planning all along to eventually give Eli the reigns just like Indy has Peyton

This is Roddy White's third year with Matty Ice and he was second in the NFL in targets in 2009

Frank Gore is going to work

I still believe Dez Bryant is the single best football player from the 2010 draft

The sheer dearth of weapons in Buffalo makes C.J. Spiller a no-brainer

Somebody’s going to catch it down in Tampa

I’ll only take Ryan Mathews if he slides past where people appear to be taking him

Zach-miller
Ryan Burns 10:53PM, 07/21/10

I am willing to bet an 8-pack of Guinness that Flacco outperforms his ADP

Steve Slaton is the most talented guy in the Houston backfield

Zach Miller is a better player than Chris Cooley and Fred Davis and is about to prove it

You don't catch over 90 balls for nearly 1000 yards as a rookie NFL wide receiver unless you're damn good at your job

So you finished last fantasy season 8-8, your friends laugh and taunt you

Fantasy football drafts can be very unpredictable so there are a few things to begin with that might help you through the process

This will give you good insight into what to expect come draft day

You want to have 3 or 4 “backup” options for every pick

Rank players individually

Welcome fantasy football fanatics and Jetfans alike

Each week I will break down the New York Jets upcoming match up

This week I delve into an overall preview of the Jets offense with a position by position breakdown

Rex and company enforced their will through a smash mouth run game and there are no signs of slowing down

Developing an opinion on players

Do not base your opinion of a player without seeing him play

Preparing for the draft/draft day

Look at previous drafts and see what players may have burned another owner in the past

Frank Gore will prove that he is Fantasy Football’s Second Best Running Back

Frank Gore has battled through injuries, terrible offensive, a bad offensive line and losing seasons and yet he’s always among the top running backs

When your team goes out and drafts two different offensive linemen, as a running back you smile

If a man can rush for ten scores and over 1,000 yards and miss a few games imagine what he can do with a full season

2010 Pre-Season Preview: Detroit Lions RB’s

Due to his multiple skill sets Best is expected to be used in a variety of roles

If Jahvid is doing his best Reggie Bush impression, look for Smith to play the role of Pierre Thomas

When looking at the Lions and their RB’s, Best is best

2010 Pre-Season Preview: Detroit Lions – Quarterbacks

Throwing for 2,267 yards, 13 TD: 20 INT, 53.3% Completion and 61.0 QB Rating in 10 starts, Stafford had a pretty typical rookie season for a Quarterback

Stafford stole the hearts and minds of Lions fans everywhere with his game-winning touchdown

Stafford to have a much more improved season

2010 Buffalo Bills – QB Preview

Unfortunately for the Bills, QB is where their biggest question marks lie

In the hunt for Edward’s job is NFL journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick, former Louisville Cardinal Brian Brohm and rookie Levi Brown of Troy

At this point, I would be hard pressed to say that the Bills offer much in terms of value for fantasy leagues of any sorts at the QB position

Adrian Peterson slowly taking over Chris Johnson as the #1 pick

Nobody knows where to take Ray Rice

Michael Turner and Rashard Mendenhall are not top 20 picks

The Wes Welker Question

Many are asking concerning the most probable landing spot for Terrell Owens

Hell or Siberia? T.O. did NFL Siberia last year in Buffalo, so Oakland is never out of the question

Mike Sims-Walker is a very good, young wide receiver, but they need more weapons to take some heat off of MJD

In the meantime, T.O. has already gotten a “No chance!” from A.J. Smith in San Diego

His “worst” full season came last year when he was a Buffalo Bill where he had 55 receptions for 829 yards and only five touchdowns.

Last season he was able to top the 1,000 career reception mark. One thousand receptions by a WR is so rare that only 5 other WRs have accomplished.

Regardless of age Owens will always produce for a team and he’ll let you know about it.

Randy Moss puts it, “I’d be a shutdown corner too with Brandon Meriweather over the top for the whole game”.

Want to know who just IS the best shutdown corner in the league? Nhamdi Osamugha.

A shutdown corner typically cuts your top WR production by half any given sunday.

The way you pass against the Jets and exploit Revis is simple - support your established passing attack with tons of protection and a running game

Wait on your quarterbacks until later in your fantasy draft!

Load up on WR and RB depth when going through the draft.

Now if you picked Andre Johnson or Chris Johnson in the same spot you picked Brees then waited to grab Rivers, Romo, Favre, or Shaub, your team has a chance to win it all.

Calais won't be facing many double teams

Johnson was considered best natural pass rusher in the '09 class

The arrival of Kampman will benefit Harvey and make Harvey a pleasant surprise in 2010

Jackson should get a boost and now full-time duty with Carroll at the helm

Vince Young somewhere in between 16-20

If you draft a stud at Tight End and need a solid bye week fill-in, take a chance on Cook.

Washington quietly had a career high in receptions (47) and TD’s (6).

Should Britt put it all together, he could put up top 10 numbers.

Frank-gore-video
John Gustafson 11:44PM, 07/17/10

Fifth best fantasy running back overall

Must assume Gore will miss 1-2 games

Try to handcuff with Dixon or Coffee, whoever wins number 2 job

Finished last year as the fifth best RB in PPR leagues

Revamped offensive line should help increase Gore's numbers

Ranked second in the league for wide receivers in Fantasy Points (202)

Tied for first in the league with 13 receiving touchdowns

Needs 10 TDs over the next five years to pass Jerry Rice for all-time receiving TDs

No highlights

Ranked 12th in QB fantasy points with 223.9

Summed up by many as kind of a bitch and a premadona

Look for a major upswing in his numbers with a year under his belt and QB freindly coordinator Mike Martz

Steven-jackson-video
John Gustafson 11:33PM, 07/17/10

Finished as the 12th best running back last season, better in PPR leagues

Averaged over 45 receptions the last few seasons

Teams rely heavily on their RBs with rookie QBs (see Thomas Jones and Michael Turner) Jackson should get touches early and often

Jackson is coming off back surgery and has had injuries throughout his career, also has no reliable handcuff

No highlights
Vincent-jackson-video
John Gustafson 11:24PM, 07/17/10

Jackson has been suspend for the first three games by the league for violations of the personal conduct poilcy

After the suspension he is threatening to sit out till week 10

If he comes back look for 70 catches, 1200 yards, and possibly double digit touchdowns

Calvin had a disappointing 2009 season with only 984 yards and 5 TDs

The Lions try to get Johnson the ball about 10 times a game

Next season the Lions are facing the 13th easiest schedule in terms of passing defenses

The offense for Detroit should be much better with all the additions and progressin of Matthew Stafford

Miles-austin-video
John Gustafson 10:52PM, 07/17/10

Emerged in week 5 going for 10 catches, 250 yards and 2 TDs, a good 3 game stretch for most receivers

Ranked second in the league after week five in fantasy points by a wide receiver

Has tremendous upside and could be drafted right after Randy Moss and Andre Johnson

Shonn-greene-video
John Gustafson 10:50PM, 07/17/10

Has Michael Turner like upside of 2008 being able to rake in high yardage totals and possibly double digit TDs

Greene is currently being drafted in the 3rd round of most leagues but in some as has as the second

Has lower value in PPR leagues because he has not shown to be an effective receiver of the backfield

The Jets are facing a very difficult schedule in the upcoming 2010 season but still expect Greene to produce at a high level

Jason-witten-video
John Gustafson 10:43PM, 07/17/10

Witten was second of all tight end with 94 receptions

Has averaged 90 catches over the past 3 seasons

No tight end has finished first in fantasy points two years in a row since Antonio Gates in 2002

Also included in the video are some tight end picking strategies and other players to watch out for

Over the first 9 games Turner rushed for 831 yards and 10 TDs

Tied for 8th in the league with 9 rushes for 20 plus yards and Tied for 9th in the league with 10 rushing touchdowns

The Falcons are going to face the eighth easiest rush schedule in the league next season according to the Pyro rankings

Looking leaner going into 2010 trying to prove he was not a one hit wonder

Beanie-wells
John Gustafson 12:32AM, 07/12/10

A lot of people are expecting a huge breakout season out of Beanie Wells this season, tempur your expectations!

Has a history of injuries in his one year in the NFL and throughout college

Just don't see Beanie Wells getting the opportunities, he did not carry the ball more than 17 times last season

You can expect 1000-1200 yards and double digit TDs from Wells in 2010

For his career Kevin Kolb has completed 79 of 130 pass attempts for 885 yards with 4 TDs to 7 INTs

Kolb looks like he will be the best QB from his draft class that included Jamarcus Russell and Brady Quinn

The last time the Eagles ranked outside the top ten in passing attempts was 2003, so they will throw the ball

In his first two games as a starting QB Kolb threw for 300 yards in each

Andre Johnson is the top receiver in the league, but much to your surprise he is also one of the silent killers in the NFL

Put up 100 catches 3 of the last 4 seasons, the only season he did not he only played 9 games putting up 60 receptions

Led the league in receiving yardage the last two seasons

Has had over 170 targets the last two years, leading the league with 173 targets last year

The Eagles will run more of a prototypical west coast offense which means more crossing routes for D-Jax and more yards after the catch

Deadly in the return game in terms of yards and TDs, so if your league rewards for either he is an even better pick

What he lacks in size he makes up for in speed and agility

Look for the length of his TDs to decrease but the number to stay in the same neighborhood

Bowe says the process is called “importing” amongst NFL players

"You hear stories about groupies hanging out in hotel lobbies, but some of my teammates had it set up so there was a girl in every room"

Dwayne, if you wouldn’t tell your mother about it on her birthday, don’t tell it to people who work for in news industry.

He was the biggest, fastest, most explosive man-child you could imagine

A multi-sport professional athlete and the first to have ever been an MLB All-Star and an NFL Pro-Bowler

Jackson had posted a 40-yard dash time of  4.12 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine, the fastest ever recorded (and still is)

It’s the sole player yet to sign on with the team that gave him the opportunity to pursue all his dreams by selecting him in the first round of the 2009 NFL draft.

It’s the thrill of being able to say that you were alive to witness the first of a million steps a 22-year old man destined for the Hall of Fame took to get there

Greed.  Good old-fashioned, all-American, 21st century greed.

There is no doubt that Michael Crabtree should have been drafted higher than he was with the 10th overall pick.  No question about it.

Some of the biggest players on the field are skill position players carrying the ball

Earl was the first running back that looked more like a nose tackle or middle linebacker.

"Whatever he hits, he destroys!"

Campbell ran with the mentality that if he couldn’t get through you, he’d run right over you.
